साहित्य:-
छोट्या आकाराचे अर्धा किलो बटाटे, एक वाटी पुदिना पाने, एक-दोन वाटी कोथिंबीर, एक छोटा चमचा आले लसून पेस्ट, , ४ हिरव्या मिरच्या, दोन डाव तेल, मीठ, हळद.
 

 

कृती :-

• बटाटे उकडून साल काढून बटाट्याला काट्याने टोचा मारून घ्याव्यात.
• पुदिना, कोथिंबीर, मिरची बारीक वाटून त्यात मीठ, आले लसून पेस्ट मिसळावी.
• हे मिश्रण बटाट्याला चोळून दोन तास ठेवावे.
• नंतर दोन डाव तेलाची फोडणी करून त्यात बटाटे घालून झाकण न ठेवता दहा मिनिटे परतावेत.
