काकडीचा वडा

साहित्य:-

• जाडसर किसलेली मोठी काकडी: १
• नाचणी चे पीठ: १/४ वाटी
• तांदळाचे पीठ: १/४ वाटी
• ज्वारीचे पीठ: १/४ वाटी
• डाळीचे पीठ (बेसन): १ वाटी
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर: १/२ वाटी
• बारीक चिरलेली हिरवी मिरची: २-३
• हळद: १/२ टी स्पून
• धणे पूड: १/२ टी स्पून
• जीरे: १ टी स्पून
• ओवा: १ टी स्पून
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• तळण्यासाठी तेल

कृती:-
किसलेल्या काकडी मधे मीठ, जीरे, ओवा, धणे पूड, हळद, मिरची आणि कोथिंबीर टाकून चांगले हलवा. हे मिश्रण १० -१५ मिनिटे तसेच बाजूला ठेवा. मीठामुळे काकडी ला पाणी सुटेल. त्यात सगळी पीठे टाका आणि चांगले मिक्स करा. हवे असेल तर थोडे पाणी टाका. वडे हाताने थापायचे आहेत त्यामुळे हे मिश्रण जास्त पातळ करू नका. एका बाजूला एका कढई मधे तेल तापत ठेवा. काकडी च्या मिश्राणाचे लिंबू च्या आकराएव्हडे गोळे करा. एका प्लास्टिक च्या कागदावर हे वडे थापा. तेल गरम झाल्यावर हे वडे मध्यम आचेवर चांगले तळुन घ्या. हे गरमा गरम वडे कोणत्याही चटणी, दही किंवा साँस बरोबर खावा.
