कांदा पराठा : paratha recipe in marathi

साहित्य :-

१)      एक वाटी कणीक

२)      अर्धी वाटी मैदा

३)      एक मोठा चमचा तुपाचं मोहन

४)      अर्धा चमचा मीठ

५)      अर्धा चमचा साखर

६)      दोन कांदे अगदी बारीक चिरून किंवा किसून + चवीपुरतं मीठ + चिमुटभर साखर + अर्धा चमचा तिखट हे मिश्रण कालवून . 

कृती :-

१)      मीठ-साखर आणि तुपाचं मोहन घालून कणीक व मैदा भिजवून घ्यावा . 

२)      त्याचे मध्यम आकाराचे बारा फुलके करावेत .  आता एका फुलक्यावर      कांद्याचं मिश्रण पसरावं . 

३)      त्यावर दुसरा फुलका कडा दाबून चिकटवावा आणि हलक्या हातानं लाटावा      व तव्यावर शेकावा .

४)      अगदी खायला घेतांना पुन्हा तेल सोडून खरपूस भाजावा .  उरलेल्या फुलक्यात पाच पराठे करावे .
