फ्लॉवरचे मोठे तुरे काढून वाफवून घ्या (अर्धवट वाफवा) गार झाल्यावर लिंबाचा रस, मीठ, तिखट, गरम मसाला चोळा.
कृती :
भज्यांच्या पिठाप्रमाणे बेसन भिजवा. त्यात आवडत असल्यास ओवा, जिरेपूड, गरम तेल, मीठ, तिखट घाला. पिठात फ्लॉवर बुडवून गरम तेलात भजी तळा. भजी थोडी तळून काढून घ्या. खायला देण्यापूर्वी भजी हाताने दाबून मंद गॅसवर पुन्हा तळून पुदिन्याच्या चटणीबरोबर खायला द्या. असे केल्याने भजी कुरकुरीत होतात.
