instant Nachani dosa
Nachni pith.........1 cup
curd ....... 1 to 2 tspn as per taste
fresh grated coconut 1/4 cup(andaze)
green chilly one sicled into rings
finely chopped coriander
1 finely chopped onion
salt to taste
1/2 tspn jeera
rice flour 2 tspn to add taste (optional)
Mix all the ingredients till you get a batter like for Rava dosa. Little loose , if you want thin, crisp and jaliwala.
Let the pan heat up , then spread the batter from a distance without touching the pan.This helps the loose batter spread forming good pores.
Good for diabetics.

small cabbaged....shredded long
onions too shredded long
chaat masala
Mix little butter in the green chutnet as it helps to spread it easily and also gives better colour and taste .
spread the dosa batter on pan.Then spread mix vegetables and sprinkle chaat masala
too. Then role the dosa when crisp and serve .
When we were in college days actual chinese flavours were being used for spring dosas, with soya sause chilly sauce and vinegar and aginomoto.Even noodles would be there in dosas. These days each one comes out with his creation and names it!!
