चिडे

साहित्य :-

4 वाट्या तांदूळ, अर्धी वाटी उडदाची डाळ, नारळाची पेस्ट अर्धी वाटी, लहान लिंबाएवढे लोणी, हिंग, तळण्यासाठी तेल.

कृती :-

तांदूळ चार तास भिजत घालावेत. नंतर कुटून, पीठ बारीक चाळणीने चाळून घ्यावे. उडदाची डाळ अगदी लाल भाजून, बारीक दळावी. नंतर तांदळाचे पीठ व उदडाचे पीठ मिसळून, त्यात ओले खोबरे वाटून घालावे, लोणी घालावे व चवीप्रमाणे मीठ व हिंग घालून व पुरेसे पाणी घालून पीठ भिजवावे. भिजविलेल्या पिठाच्या बोराएवढ्या गोळ्या कराव्या व अर्धा तास पसरून ठेवाव्यात. नंतर त्या तेलात तळाव्यात.
