एक वाटी धने, अर्धी वाटी तुरीची डाळ, पाव वाटी जिरे, पाव वाटी मिरे, चार हळकुंडे, सुपारीएवढा हिंग. हे सर्व जिन्नस किंचित गरम करून, कुटून, मसाला तयार करून ठेवावा.
कृती :-
अर्धा लीटर पाणी घेऊन, त्यात दोन चमचे रसम्चा वरील मसाला, चवीपुरते मीठ व कढीलिंबाची पाने घालनू पाणी उकळावे. नंतर लिंबाएवढी चिंच कोळून ते पाणी घालावे. तसेच तीन-चार टोमॅटो उकडून घेऊन व कुस्करून घेऊन त्यांचा रस गाळून घेऊन घालावा. उकळल्यावर त्यात कोथिंबीर घालावी.
