Spring Masala Dosa

Regular dosa batter
green chutney as posted by Aryan for Mysore mala
one capsicum shredded long
small cabbaged....shredded long
onions too shredded long
chaat masala

Mix little butter in the green chutnet as it helps to spread it easily and also gives better colour and taste .
spread the dosa batter on pan.Then spread mix vegetables and sprinkle chaat masala
too. Then role the dosa when crisp and serve .

 

Paper Dosa

This is the batter that is being supplied all over pune!!

Rice .... 1 cup
varai.... 1 cup
Udid dal..... 1cup

Soak it together for a few hours anf grind it into a fine paste and let it ferment.Tou can make as thin and as big dosas you want !!!!!!!!!

Ragi is Nachani in marathi.

This recepie is ideal for diabetics.

Method:
Nachani flour.......................4 cups
Udid dal ...............................1 cup
Methi...................................

..1 tspn

Soak udid dal for few hours and grind it along with methi into a fine paste. take nachani floor, add water to it along with udid batter and let it ferment till it rises.
Make dosas as usual and serve with chutney and bhaji.
It tastes identical to regular masala dosa except for the colour!!!!!!!!!
