दुग्धमोदक

 

साहित्य पारीसाठी:-

दोन वाट्या तांदळाची पिठी, एक वाटी दूध, एक वाटी पाणी, चिमूटभर मीठ, एक टीस्पून लोणी.

 

सारणासाठी:-

तीन वाट्या किसलेलं सुकं खोबरं, एक वाटी बारीक रवा किंवा जाडसर कणीक, पाव वाटी तूप, अडीच वाट्या पिठीसाखर, एक टे.स्पून भाजलेली खसखस, पाव वाटी काजूचे तुकडे किंवा चारोळी, एक टी.स्पून वेलचीपूड.

कृती :-

उकडीच्या मोदकाप्रमाणे उकड करून त्यात सारण भरावं आणि मोदक वाफवावेत. दुधाचे पदार्थ ‘निर्लेप’ मानले गेल्याने कोकणात काही ठीकाणी असे मोदक खास उपवासासाठी करतात. अर्थात दुधामुळे हे चवीला वेगळे, पण छान लागते.
